Matariki Limerick Poem

The Matariki stars shine, way up above

The bright stars were white as a dove

The Seven Sisters were high

Way up in the sky

I think the stars symbolise love

About Me

Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or Night! I’m Andrew, and I’m a Year 8 student that goes to Pompallier Catholic School. I am the oldest child in my family, and I have one younger brother. I was born in South Korea, and we moved to New Zealand when I was only 3! But I love living in New Zealand because we can do a lot of fun outdoor activities, such as camping, swimming, and fishing. I love learning! Especially Math. I love solving problems and calculating things! I find Geometry challenging, and I wish I could understand more. I enjoy all the learning we are doing online. My Learning Goal for this term is to divide with decimals and respond and use feedback effectively. I look forward to fun events and cool days, especially because I can organise them. I am part of the Special Character Team in my school, and it is a huge honour and a privilege to be a school leader.
